Obituary of Carol Ann Brookshire

Carol Ann Brookshire of Bristol, TN formerly of Falls Church, VA went to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 14, 2011. She is survived by her step mother, Donna Conklin, her sister, Rindy Dowdy, her step sisters, JoAnn Madison & Diane Moore, her half brother, Kenneth Conklin and other loving family members. Carol was preceded in death by her father, Charles Brookshire, her mother, Virginia Louise Conklin and her step-father, Skip Conklin. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 20, from 10 am-12 Noon, where the funeral service will begin at 12 Noon at Capital Baptist Church, 3504 Gallows Rd., Annandale, VA 22003. There will be a lunch reception for family and friends in the church gym immediately following the funeral service. Grave-side service at National Memorial Park to follow after lunch. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carol’s name to Capital Baptist Church at the address above.
