Obituary of Leo Long

Leo Long (Al) passed away on October 11, 2022 at the age of 83. He was born in Culpeper County, Virginia to Howard Long and Velma Long.

He graduated from Culpeper County High School in 1957 and eventually went on to work at the Architect of the Capitol for over 46 years, retiring a few weeks before his 70^th birthday.

He is remembered for his sense of humor and strong will, and admired for the love and dedication he had for his mother Velma and baby sister Linda. He spent his last days passionately reading the bible and eagerly awaiting heaven. He is survived by his sister Delores Hawkins and brother Wayne Long and their children.
