I join Nancy Kirk Smith in remembering Helene from our days together at Garden City High School. I wish I had known she was in McLean because I would have reached out to her (I live in DC). It sounds like she had a fulfilling life and enjoyed friends and family. Condolences to all who knew and loved her.
